More About Us

Established in 1973 as EIC Financial Services, we evolved into an independent insurance broker in 1990.

We pride ourselves on having a firm set of values that govern all our behaviour and activity and set standards for our relationships with customers and partners. Those key values are:

Being Collaborative

Working as one team we accomplish great things. By harnessing the power of our diverse skills and outlooks always considering each other’s best interests and coming together to rise above challenges and celebrate wins, we achieve our shared goals.

Being Curious

We take care of today, but by always asking, “What’s next?”, we prepare for tomorrow. We are constantly forward-thinking. We anticipate future challenges and carefully craft solutions that drive continuous success in an ever-changing world.

Being Diligent

We care deeply about, and we are responsive to, the evolving needs of those we work with, our profession, our society and our planet. We are committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity and we work with dedication and commitment to exceed best practice and foster collective success.

Being Genuine

Whether you are one of the team, a client, or part of our wider network, your unique circumstances are important to us. We believe that strong relationships are based on honest conversations, without hidden agenda. So, we are always fair and transparent, and we’d welcome the same in return.
